Plaintiff, as beneficiary, initiated this action to recover the proceeds from an insurance contract, which she claimed was in full force and effect at the time of the death of her husband, the insured. The trial court, after submitting special interrogatories to the jury, granted defendants motion for a directed verdict and rendered a judgment of no cause of action in defendants favor. Plaintiff appeals therefrom.
