Divorce action brought by a wife against her husband. Cross-complaint by the husband demanding the divorce be granted to him. Both pleadings allege the opposing party has been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment. Both parties demand the custody of the two children. The trial court found that the evidence was insufficient to entitle either party to a divorce and also found that each party was unfit to have the custody of the children, but that Mrs. Walker, Mrs. Subrts mother, was a fit and proper person. The judgment dismissed both the complaint and cross-complaint, awarded custody to Mrs. Walker, gave the parents visitation privileges at all reasonable times and occasions, required Mr. Subrt to pay support money for the children, attorneys fees of $200 for his wife, and the clerks and sheriffs fees. Subrt has appealed from the whole judgment.
